The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, the location is fantastic and conveniently close to everything, including a wonderful Brasserie for a relaxing time.

Cleaning people next to my bed in the morning (Cleaning people just entered room without knocking). Staff at front desk impolite and not able to speak proper English and deal with issues. Had to wait forever in the restaurant. Some other issues: poor internet connection, no glasses in the room (only cheap plastic cups), etc

We hve been there a number of times and it is one of our favourite places -both the hotel and it surroudings.The staff have always been extremely helpful.

I had really nice days staying at this lake hotel. the breakfast deal was above average with chicken and set amount, for example. - Good and amazing location adjacent to the Vercors mountains and the Chartreuse park. - the restaurant and the lake and walking tracks/restaurants/swimming spots were great. - I felt safe.

It is situated in a brilliant location with wonderful views of the lake, easy walking distance around the marina & lake.It is very comfortable hotel to stay in.

The decor requires upgrading, the rooms are spacious but needs to be bought up to the 21st Century.

They offer a wide range of delicious breakfast options, the location is fantastic, and the room is spacious with a large double-twin bed suitable for two adults and two children, and it's just 15 km from the airport.

Friendly staff, nice location and facilities - apart from the long term building site next door

Airconditioning was fixed at a very useless 28 C considering the hot muggy summer - room very hot and humid. Also used room service food tray sat across hallway for 13 hours attracting a multitude of ants but no house/service staff. Couldn't use pool before 9am and in evening due to wedding function was also very inconvenient considering the extremely hot weather.

Good location close to the lake and the esplanade; fair prize;

Lake side rooms also gives to the roadside. Mountain side rooms (facing east) would be cheaper and gives to a parklike garden. I would prefer this side during hot season.

The dining area offered a diverse and top-quality breakfast selection, and the location was beautiful with easy access to the nearby Le Grand Port.

The lake view room was a good size and the balcony looked out over the marina and lake. The bathroom facilities were also a good size and toiletries stock was well maintained. The separate toilet was an advantage. The air-conditioning was effective and reasonably quiet. This was essential in the hot summer particularly in the late afternoon with the sun shining straight onto the balcony and windows. The location near the grand port was good with access to boat trips, bars and restaurants. The secure car parking and covered garage facilities were a benefit.

The decoration and style of the hotel was a little unimaginative. The swimming pool chlorine tang permeated the reception area but not too badly. For a variety of reasons the balcony was not as much use to us as we had hoped on booking it was actually too hot in the afternoon to use comfortably.

Free parking onsite provided. Late check out. Absolutely perfect location, in a very pleasant area. Based near the shores of lake with mirror blue surface which is striking, the bike path and the lake and walking tracks/restaurants/swimming spots.

I had a good stay at Hotel & Spa Marina D'Adelphia. Despite a few minor issues, the friendly staff and convenient location made for an enjoyable experience.
